What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 16 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. The property will retain the full advance payment but can apply it to a new booking within six (6) months of the cancellation date, subject to availability.

Are there age restrictions for reservations?
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we have established the following conditions for reserving accommodations for minors under 14 years old at our properties:
Villas Tokipa, Trojes, Casa Panorama, and Casa Tropical
• Minors under 14 may stay only if accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• The responsible adult must sign a consent form before arrival to authorize the stay of the minor.
Supervision in Activities and Amenities
• Certain activities and specific areas within our facilities may require the constant presence and supervision of an adult for minors under 14.
• Activities organized for minors are subject to availability and may involve additional charges, with prior authorization from parents or guardians.
Responsibility of the Accompanying Adult
• The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the behavior and safety of the minor throughout the stay.

Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy
Arrival and Departure
Check-in at our facilities is from 3:00 p.m. (early access may be possible based on availability). Check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m. (noon). A late check-out until 3:00 p.m. will incur an additional charge of 15% of the room rate.
Airport Transfers: Private airport transfers can be arranged through our Concierge. Rates are available upon request.
No Smoking Policy:Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. If deep cleaning is required due to smoking, a penalty of $1,500.00 pesos will be applied.
Pet Policy:Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Rates: All room rates are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) per room per night. Additional charges will apply:
• 5% hotel tax on the nightly rate.
• 16% consumption tax.

Children
For children under 14 years old, parents must agree to a disclaimer and are fully responsible.

Cancellation Policy
1. Full Refund Policy:

3. Rescheduling Policy:
Reservations can be rescheduled once. Subsequent cancellations will be non-refundable, with the property retaining the full advance payment.
4. Payment Policy:
All reservations must be paid in full 31 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund if made by 24 hours Mexico City time. After 24 hours, the non-refundable policy applies, but the payment can be used for a future booking within six (6) months, subject to availability.
5. No-Show Policy:
No-shows will be treated the same as late cancellations, with the full advance payment retained by the property.
