Cancellation Policy

• Residences: Cancel 31+ days before arrival for full refund.

• Trojes/Villas: Cancel 16+ days before arrival for full refund.

• Within 16 days: Non-refundable, but amount may be applied to a future stay within 6 months.

Modifications & Emergencies
Changes allowed based on availability. For emergencies, contact us directly.

Minors Policy
Guests under 14 must be supervised at all times. A consent form is required. Certain areas/activities may require adult presence.

• Payment: 50% due at booking, 50% one week before arrival
